I just received mine, I’m a bigger lady so I had to purchase a longer chain so my review is for the urn itself. It’s beautiful and exactly as it’s described. The funnel provided did not work for me as the ash is a lil more granulated and chunky then the funnel would allow use of. But I managed to fill the vile w ashes and now that is accomplished, I find so much peace in having a piece of my Momma/Best Friend with me Always. Definitely recommend

It looks just as pictured, to get the color you have to be in the right lighting details on it look just as picture (the pictures are enlarged so you can clear see the details) so it isn’t to big or to small my opinion it’s a good size. Came well packaged and protected so that’s a plus obviously 🩷

This piece is absolutely beautiful. It is smaller than I expected, but still perfect. It is smaller than a quarter; approximately the size of a nickel, but big enough to serve its purpose.

The front metal piece broke off. The prongs detached from the crystal. Now All I have is a round crystal with my mom's ashes glued into a broken piece off jewelry. The flowers and the hummingbird were the things that made this the piece I chose. Now what?I am going to take it to a jeweler to see if it can be salvaged. I only wore it a month before it broke.

Disappointed the tree is bent and the part where it’s connected to the pendant is broken. This is after I replaced the original one, which was worse than this. It is beautiful, but not the quality was expecting. I will say it does feel sturdy which is why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 1.
