I've had it in for 5 months already and have had almost no problems with it. It's super easy to put in and take back out when needed. Only problem is when I try and close it it doesn't close properly and goes to the side instead of clicking. It takes a while to close but it closes with some patience. This only reacently has been happening, not the way it came in.

not the best product. out of the three pack I ordered, the black one is impossible to open so I can't wear it, the silver is a little wonky and too loose so it took me forever to get it in, and the 'rose gold' one isn't very rose gold, but I will probably never wear that one anyways. it's a shame bc the rose gold is the best working out of all three; it's very easy to open and close. regardless, these aren't very expensive and I mainly bought it for the black/silver, so it sucks the black one doesn't work but I did manage to get the silver one in my nose after awhile so? not a total waste of money

These have been my primary septum jewelry for years now. After long use, the hinge gets a little loose, but it doesn't matter because they still clasp securely.

The ring is well made and snaps together easily. It may be a perfect fit for others, but I ordered the 10 mm hoop and it's just too big for me. I'm not sure the 8mm would be that much smaller, but I may give it a try since it's so inexpensive.

The hinge was too big and it literally fell apart while in my nose after one week. Maybe spend more on quality of jewelry and less on packaging. Bummer.

I would definitely recommend getting these if you have a job where you have to have retainers in or if you want to be able to quickly and easily take out your jewelry. It does take some practice to be able to find the part that you have to pull on to get it to come off of the hinges but it's really easy and pain-free.I am working with a job seeking Agency for the disabled and these have made it so easy to quickly take them out right before interviews or going to see my job coach and put the retainers in.
