Great service, they came to me to solve the issue and were kind and through!Also as I put them in and take them out, the rubber gets easier to use. Just gotta warm them up first!Original Review:I’m stretching my lobes (I’m at 10g currently and want to get to 00g!) and I bough these because stainless steel is the way to go from what I’ve read. I thought these were cool because of their color, but they are actually painted!!I realized this as my skin started to react to the paint after wearing them long term (I’d say five days into the first stretch) and I pulled them off to see the paint peeling off. The only reason I don’t give this less is because the paint was very easy to scratch off and after a quick wash the irritation went away. They still look cool as the only paint that peeled off was the stuff touching my skin, but still. If you have sensitive skin, get the plain steel ones, none of the colors. Unless you’re prepared to soak and peel all the paint off first.Also the rubber rings are pretty difficult to get on so far. I’m not sure if that will change with the larger gauges, but for now it’s difficult. Oh and make sure you get some oil as lubricant! This set doesn’t come with any (I’m using Jojoba).

Great quality, best deal I could find on stainless steel tapers. Do not buy acrylic ones they absorb bacteria and it gets trapped inside of the acrylic and cannot be disinfected or extracted. Majority of people have irritation from this which can cause infection from the very small open wounds that occur when you stretch. If you have a superior immune system that’s great XD but this is the safest option AND I can even disinfect these and allow other people to use them :3

The only reason I gave this product a 4 is because I didn't realize it didn't have the size 1g in it. It's very risky to go from a 2g to a 0g because the a 2 size difference. I ended up having to purchase a 1g separately. So if you plan on sizing up from a 2g , I recommend just getting the 1g separately or finding a set with it in it to reduce your chances of tearing. I do however love the color of them. And the plugs are comfortable especially when your sleeping. They dont fall out. I put the tapers in the size I was in for weight which was nice. Other then that I just wish it had the 1g in the set so I didn't have to buy it and the set as well.

Authentic surgical steel pieces.Solid and comfortable to use. The only thing that could be better is if the thread of each tunnel were internal so that it does not rub against the inside of the ear when inserted, but that's just a minor detail.

Exactly what is advertised. Have no complaints. Bought to only use 0 and 00 bc this is the second time stretching but all others seem true to size as well.

I stretched my ears a few years back, and after letting them close a bit..I missed them. Decided to get this set to size up again, because I like that they’re screw on backs. I was already to a size 6, since the holes never closed fully, and was able to size up to a 4 about a week later. I just tried to go to a size 2g and it slid right through my ear, as if the taper was too small. This didn’t seem right to me, so I tried putting in some of my old 2g plugs, and they didn’t fit. I dug around in my jewelry box and found my old 2g tapers I used to stretch a few years back, and the sizes are WAYYY different. Idk if anyone else has experienced this, with this set, but be careful and check the sizes. Below is a photo. The smaller one is what came in the 2g labeled sleeve, and the larger one is an actual 2g that I’ve used in the past.
