Absolutely beautiful. Took a few minutes to screw the stone end on but once I was able to, the end result was perfect. This is my 1st time using this kind of labret stud though. I've always had those that have the ball with the hole in it to screw on to the barbell. This 1 however has a tiny screw on what would be the ball end that screws in to the barbell because the hole is in the end of the barbell instead. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...VERY VERY VERY PRETTY! WILL DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN!

They look very nice, however, once I put that on in one of my ear pericings which was never infected, it got itchy and infected after one day of wearing. I already cleaned the studs with rubbing alcohol and all that before I put that on, and once I removed this one and put my old one back on, the itchiness stopped. It just proved that these are not made of stainless steel nor surgical steel at all. I dont know what kind of cheap material it's made of, it just get my ear infected.

Ordered the 6mm for my forward helix. Love the tiniest ones, the rest are too big for my taste. The internal screws on these are extremely short so hoping they don’t unscrew and fall out easily. Also, side note very difficult to pick up and put in with nails- had to get the husbands help and some needle nose.
