Exactly what I was looking for. Durable, comfortable, lightweight, and did not give me any kind of a reaction. Bought 12mm when my normal lip stud swelled and became painful out of nowhere. After weeks of trying and searching for G23 Titanium, I ran past these.My skin is sensitive. The nose rings are amazing but the screw does come undone.I had to order it twice due to waking up with a missing nose ring.

I saw a review saying it might be toxic because their piercer said so saying there’s acrylic in it and that it’s dangerous and there right about the acrylic part being toxic to us especially if it being inserted into our mouths but this specific product is only titanium but the description say their products contain Surgical steel, titanium, OR ACRYLIC and I did look into their other products and some do have acrylic which you should stay away from but this specific product is good to use!
