As first glance these seemed big, but I guess my little arms are more muscular than I give them credit for. The main thing is to get them to fit comfortably, and placed where you want them, will take a little shaping to get the curve just right without any uncomfortable pressure points. They are pretty easy to adjust, and messing with the pliability does not seem to do any harm to the finish. I also have really sensitive skin so I was glad to see that I didn't have any irritation or discoloration after wearing these. Great for summer or for a party.

I gave three stars because the bands are pretty, however, they are really uncomfortable. The bands are not that adjustable. They are round, but the upper arm is not round. The ends bite into the arm and get painful pretty quick. The bands just don't bend to fit the shape of your arm. I'm disappointed in them because I can not wear them at all.

I got the 2ES version (see picture I have attached).The two armband came with a pouch that I probably won't use, but the pouch is a nice thought.I always tend to find bands for the upper arm to be hard to wear - either they don't look good or don't fit right.In this case, these armbands came way too loose for me, which is no problem since you can squeeze it to tighten it (and my upper arm is very thin, so I am not surprised I had to do so).The only problem is that I tried to tighten one of the bands before putting it on and trying to loosen it afterwards took a bit of time. What I realize when you try to loosen is that you have to do it part by part so that the band will stay circular (when I tried to do it quickly, the band became oblong enough that it was too tight in some places and just looked off).Since this is made of metal, there is no give. What I mean is that if you make it too tight, you will feel the band when you clench your hand (flex the muscle in the upper arm).These bands (with the right adjustment) will fit on the upper arm. It might take a bit of time to squeeze the band into the right shape.
