Very small. I MEAN VERY SMALL. I have a pair of 14g horseshoes and they look and feel much thicker and heavier. These are a 14 just hella small lol not just the screw ons but the bar and backing itself. Over all nice products. I wish online they would be more specific and make it clearer what you are getting.

These are okay. The balls are really small which didn’t bother me but keep that in mind. These also for some reason wouldn’t stay screwed on and would come off multiple times a day.

The balls and spikes on these look a lot bigger in the picture online then they are in person. They are about the size of the head is a sewing pin. The stem was a nice short length though, I use these for my 2nd and 3rd holes in my ears next to my 00 gauges.
