I ordered this pair of earplugs, because I originally thought that this was a good brand due to the pair that I bought myself. however, all of the ornaments have fallen out within a week of having the product and are very cheap quality. I have reached out to the manufacturer multiple times and not received any kind of correspondence or response.Extremely disappointed.
