I am a man that wears 5/8" tunnels. I typically wear black rubber all the time but got these to give them a try. My first impression in the box was that they would be a bit too feminine for my style but they are not - I love the look. They are super comfortable, even for sleeping, and look great. You can actually wear them two different ways depending upon how much of the wire you want to see in the front. I love them.
