I needed a longer one for my use, the others have been unused. they work well for what they're supposed to do. they appear to be 316 since they don't appear to be magnetic. I don't know what surgical grade is supposed to be or anything but I'm certain they won't rust, and haven't so far.

i haven’t used these yet because my girls are not pierced but when they are i will be using these. the sizes are nice and they vary and the size of the piercing balls are also nice

I got my nipples pierced about two weeks ago and lost a ball for my peircing in a rush to try and secure it sooner than later the ball from these fit the original perfectly ball was slightly bigger but not that big of a visual difference barbel was still the same size though. So they worked perfectly for me
