Okay. To respond to a few of the negative reviews (aka: the reasons I almost didn't get these)...-Yes. You can trim them--and, it's easy. I like mine a little tighter because I do not like the post to show too much. (I got the 8mm ones, and probably trimmed it to a 7mm.)-The back isn't any rougher than any studs I've purchased at Hot Topic, or Claire's. It does not cut me, nor is it painful. (I will say that I, personally, always, find the backs of acrylic studs to be a bit rougher than that of the metal ones, though. They do dull down, and your lip does get used to it. They might be a little rougher on the lips--but, they are much better on the teeth.)-The diamond is small, and shiny. (I've added pics so you can see the size. I am a semi-professional person, in a creative field, who hates the look of the large diamonds. These ones are just cute, subtle, and super easy to wear around clients, and even into meetings.)-The little diamond fits very snug into the post. It is as tight as any others I've purchased. The reason I always need to buy more, is because I lose the diamond's often. It is going to happen in more expensive ones, as well. (I've had my labret pierced for a decade now. I've been through a LOT of little diamonds.) These ones are so affordable, if I lose one, I won't be too bummed.-I have had these in for just under a week and I have not had any weird infection form--not even close. (Though I always clean my body jewelry first. I never know what is on MY hands when I touch them to take them out of the package, and I want to avoid a middle-of-the-face infection at all costs.)I hope this review helps if you're on the edge about purchasing these. I'm planning to buy a few more packages of them now that I've tried them out and am so in love with 'em. :)

i had very low expectations for this product but WOW! i couldn't be happier with this purchase! the presentation of the product alone was amazing. you can definitely tell that the seller takes time woth the packaging. the product came on time and was secured in a little velvet drawstring pouch. the jewelry itself was also in a small zip lock bag. the ones i bought at Walmart were poorly made. the plastic post on them was uneven so it was very uncomfortable to wear and the rhinestone part would always fall out so easily. i paid $12 for a pack of 3 and lost all of them within two weeks. but THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING! when i went to put it in, i had to almost force the rhinestone out which is a good thing!! i know i won't lose it as easily! the rhinestone is very clear and shiny too! absolute perfect size for any lip piercing. i definitely will be purchasing these again if i need to! 10/10 would recommend!

I'm so happy I bought these! They are SUPER tiny, which is exactly what I wanted. I bought some before that claimed it was a 2mm stone and they felt huge on my lip. They were screw-in, which is so difficult to do and I lost multiple stones just trying to screw them in. THESE are pop-in and it's so easy to put them in. It took me two seconds and I didn't even use a mirror. Also, I love the clear plastic post. I like that I'm not worried all the time about the metal wearing away my teeth or gums. And I figured out that I can use just the post as a retainer for work if I'm feeling so inclined.I'm very happy with this purchase and you really can't beat the price. The ONLY thing I would be wary of is that if you are a fidgeter, these might not work for you because the head is so small that you could potentially pull it through.

Not flexible but I expected that. But it's a little harder than the ones I get from Walmart. I got used to it though. 8mm was actually too long for me, but easy to cut to liking. Diamond is good.

These are okay lip rings but they are pretty cheap and sharp, I had to file the inside because it was cutting into my lip .

I love these. the back is a little bigger than the metal ones but I'm getting used to it. the diamond is so tiny and cute. you can cut the size down a little I bought the 10mm and they where to long but if you look at the pic you can see you have room to cut it down to prob a 6 or 7. I just got my lip done 5 weeks ago changed it at 3 weeks to a shorter metal and then at 4 to the plastic and had it in for a week and no problems.

Ok on not sure if these were chewed up and spit out before sent to me but they were all broken up. They look like they would have been cute and comfortable except for none of them were usable because they were either already broken or just hanging by a thread and would break when put in, l am doing an exchange l hope the new ones come in one piece…disappointed at best!!

my metal labret stud was always grinding up against my bottom teeth & sometimes id even bite it accidentally 😳 these were a great investment! I always have to resist the urge to play w/ it though, like sometimes ill chew on the back or take the stud out so many times that the plastic becomes loose lol. I think I lost one in my sleep one time (because I f'd with the stud too much & I think I swallowed the backing lol) but it doesn't really matter because you get so many! Ive gotten better about messing w/ it and it hasnt been an issue!. This is the PERFECT labret stud, especially for someone like me who wants it lowkey yet still visible, the little diamond is so cute. It doesn't damage your teeth & you can cut them down to any size! The first time you get them its gonna be a pain in the a** to get it in & it'll probably feel like its cutting into your lip a little. Power through the pain! Your lip will get used to it in a couple of days. 10/10 would recommend!!
