Too small for a septum piercing. Good quality though. I was wearing 6mm and these seem a lot smaller than the one I was wearing. The balls are too big so I can't wear it.

I'm not sure what kind of paint it used,but if I wear them for more than a day,it starts to smell even after cleaning the piercing
