It is super comfortable and easy to put in. The top ball is kinda hard to get screwed on but once you do there have been no problems. Some reviews say that the bottom gyms are to big but that is not true. My belly button has grown and fits the size just right. Also, other reviews say that the gym is pointy on the back but that is not true either. Mine is flat and doesn't hurt!

just wish bottom jewl wasn’t so big but band can be resized if needed which is great for my use being sports and needing a bendy barbell

I was hoping that the length of these would be just long enough to sit cute outside of my belly button, but they are unfortunately wayyyyy longer than that and it looked weird. I wouldn't recommend these.
