They do fall out easily but you can bend press them a bit and they'll stay! Still though most ppl don't want to do that! Anyways they are cute but they put a black mark on my daughter's nose so these are not stainless steel ans that's an issue for me! I made her stop wearing them!

They are really cute but they slide off quite easily so you constantly have to readjust and clamp it tighter.

I received all of the nose rings! , some fits perfectly! some you may have to adjust to your nose, not all will fit comfortably or correctly. Be sure to keep them in a bag they are really small!! Overall super cute for the most part, looks real.
