I bought this item for my daughter's 13th birthday and I was pleasantly surprised at how cute they are with her initial which had small little gems highlighting the letter. She loved them and it looked beautiful on her. Its not large but is ideal for a young girl's delicate ears. I believe its worth the money and I love the packaging it came in which gave the product a refined image.
