They stay screwed on very well.Seems like they are steel, and not just coated. They never turn my ears blue.4 starts because the backs are a little big. They’re uncomfortable to sleep in, and don’t wear more than one in each ear.I have a lobe piercing, and a second lobe, and wearing these in both holes was super heavy and uncomfortable.Otherwise, they’re pretty cute and dainty.

If u have multiple piercings next to eachother they can b kinda a pain to get the backs on especially when u have nails on. But once they are on they are on. And they are super cute!

They are cute and work with my super super sensitive ears but they are sooo short. Very difficult to screw on and I’ve lost two due to unscrewing on their own. Make sure you tighten occasionally. They do work though.
