Looks great, relieves the pain of the two holes being joined together. Only downside is the plating wears off after extended use.

Beads made it hard to get on.... partially cuz I have small ears.... but the other issue I ran into was the ball on it and the beads made it super pain full to sleep on that sick of my head... again I do have smaller ears... may work better for someone less disproportionate than i.
