Smaller than expected, but my last pendant watch was purchased in 1940 by my mother, so it's about 1/2 again the size of this one. However, it works and keeps time well. The crystal and watch face are protected by the cover, which is a point in its favour as my older watch did not have a cover and was prone to being knocked about.
