You get 30 bars with 30 balls that screw on. ...a lot are not screwed on (most are), but all were there. Colors are random and some are repetitive, but hey.. still not bad for the price.They all come in a tiny ziplock baggie. Nothing fancy. Again...not bad for the price. Mine have stayed on with no issue at all. No skin reactions or anything crazy. Just clean your areas & the pieces before use...pretty simple.

The bad - yes, they look like the normal cheap belly button rings, but that's what they are! I used to spend $10 on just 1 of these at Spencer's or Hot Rags in the mall. There were a 7 pairs of repeats (14 total) and some close in color. There was 1 random one that the top and bottom were 2 different colors, an orange top w a brown bottom. It's ugly. So why 4 stars? The good - there we less repeats then expected. The repeated colors are the good colors. White, clear, black, green, orange, dark blue and light blue. The similar colors weren't repeats. There's a light and a dark pink. A light and a dark grey. All the tops and bottoms were there. So far they haven't affected my sensitive skin. They were what I expected. Great value!

These are cute and the length is great. However, be careful with banging them against anything or you're going to be missing the gems. I have had three different ones fall out of the top ball just because I dropped it when screwing it on.

I love this because I expected so many of them not to unscrew. Only one of them wouldn’t come apart. One thing that does concern me is I can hear the jewels wiggling but they seem secured in there but I haven’t lost a jewel yet. I absolutely love the color variation and shape!

I bought this as a replacement set for my initial belly button ring that fell out and was lost at work. I was pleased with how many rings came in the set and the variety of color options. I would just recommend cleaning the ring with alcohol before applying to your skin. I would recommend these to anyone else looking into it.
