The first thing that drew me to this anxiety ring was its exceptional design. More than its visual appeal, there was an inherent durability to it. Slipping it onto my finger, I felt an immediate connection; it was as if the ring was tailored just for me, hugging my finger like a long-lost family member. Its feel is reminiscent of how expensive comfort rings feel.I immediately noticed the chain inlay was a tad on the stiff side. A few tries later, it began to spin more fluidly. Now, it's become almost second nature for me to spin it throughout the day.Given my Neurodivergent background and the array of acronyms that come with that, I've always been curious about tools and accessories that might alleviate my anxiety. This led me to question the potential therapeutic benefits of the spinner ring. While I'm still exploring its impact on my anxiety, there's no denying it's a great fidget tool. Its role during my Netflix marathons became particularly pronounced. As I binge my favorite shows, the ring seems to tether my focus, becoming a merry-go-round for my mind.Whether it stands as a genuine therapeutic tool or merely a fun distraction, I’m happily married to this ring, and we’re in it for the long haul!

I have ADD and anxiety, so fidget toys/ gadgets help me relax and focus. Having a ring on my finger that I can fidget with without making any sound is far more discreet than getting out a fidget spinner or another toy that may distract other people or make noise. If you are a professional who can benefit from a fidget object, this is definitely worth a try.

I come in a gift box and is perfect for a gift. I chose the all black spinner. I am always looking for a cool new ring to wear. This one seemed to fit the bill. It is very giftable for someone who likes some interest other than stones in their ring. As it only comes in a plastic sleeve and does not come in a gift box. You will have to dress it up yourself. The spinner works but is very difficult to turn. You can feel the spinner grind a bit against the ring. I tried a little lubrication and it did turn more smoothly when you move it. But it does not spin freely. It seems to be of decent quality for the price. Worth the investment IMO. If you like a little something extra with your ring … you need look no further.I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, cool little spinner ring. I wore this on my middle finger, but had to remove it as it was cutting into the two fingers around it.The ring itself isn't too bad. I love the color, the design is nice, and it looks good when worn. The chain around the middle doesn't spin as easily as others I've had with a similar design. It doesn't feel crunchy like some I've had, but it doesn't spin freely either. The issues I have are surrounding the chain. Where the black area protrudes to hold the chain in place has very sharp 90 degree angles. When opening a door or grasping something, it digs into the skin of the fingers it's next to.For a daily driver, I'm not sure I can recommend this ring. For a nice looking ring to wear once in a while, this is pretty good.

I like to wear a ring on my right hand and I do like to mix it up and change them out. The wedding band is a constant, but this is one that I have begun to wear occasionally. I like the black finish of this ring and the raised textured chain, which spins, makes this one a great option. It’s not too big and not too heavy, so it becomes very easy to wear. My son has anxiety than can get pretty severe. I have the same issues so I may need to get myself one as well, but I guessed on his size and got lucky!He has been wearing it frequently since it arrived and that says a lot since he is not fond of wearing jewelry and has asked for a cpl more in other colors.I think having something to fidget with during an anxiety struggle might help to focus the mind on something else, although I can't be certain.Regardless, the ring is durable and beautifully made. Will see how it holds up over time, but as it stands in this moment, worth the purchase and would make a great gift!

The ring itself is very nice looking. The blue really pops. I did experience a slight issue with the ring I first received and the customer service was outstanding!! The ring is very comfortable and as I said it looks great. The spinning portion on the ring functions but it doesn't really spin. I'm not trying to be picky but I have another anxiety spinner ring. It actually spins and you can spin it with your pinky finger or another hand. On this ring, the chain part just turns or rotates around using your opposite hand. It doesn't freely turn or spin. It's not froze in place, but it doesn't spin either. It take a decent amount of force or effort to rotate it. Service 5 stars!! Ring quality and presentation 4 stars! Ability to actually spin or use it as an anxiety reducer, 3 stars.I will add, if I would buy it solely as a good looking ring. It looks a lot nicer and more attractive than my anxiety spinning ring.
