If you clearly order with the spikes, you won't get 'em. You'd get some dinky jeweled ones that look horrendous. Plus, they are way bigger than a 5mm. More like a 6mm. Don't buy, not worth it.

The title says it's 14g 16g and I assumed that it was a mix of both sizea. I received them today and was surprised that most of them were plastic and they are all a size 14 gauge which means they are too big. I liked the sparkle ones and was really looking forward to the rainbow as that's what my jewelry is that is missing a ball. I was willing to buy a mix bag of sizes just to get a replacement ball for my new piercing but they are all too big and now I have to find something that will work. I should have looked better at the description, the title also needs to be more clear. I hope the title issue is just a mistake and not something that is intentionally misleading to get people to buy the item then have to reorder

So according to the picture of the desired 'pack' I wanted, it should have had at least one set of "spike" balls, as one can maybe see in the picture, ALL balls, no spikes.. Mildly disappointed as the spikes were a deciding factor in my selection of said product..
