I did proceed with caution when buying since many said the screws would fall off but actually if you twist it one more time (yes it requires more pressure but it works) it won’t you just have to tighten it around one more time and because my piercing is higher I also bought a gold 12 mm shoe horse septum and switched out the ball screws to the butterfly ones so it dangles perfectly the way I want and stands out :)

If want this for your Daith, don't get if you are using earbuds. The butterfly will unscrew and fall off. Lost the butterfly the first day I wore it.
