I bought this one and the straight post matching ones for my tragus and cartridge piercings as well. Absolutely my favorite piercings ever! They look so awesome! I absolutely love this eyebrow ring. I just put it in tonight 7.21.23. I live alone so the easiest way for me to put the ball on was using a pair of tweezers and making sure it was secure before I tightened the ball.
