I am SO happy with my watch! I had the jeweler remove a couple of links from the band because I have small wrists but it is a PERFECT watch for me. I am 74 and have had numerous different watches before but this ranks way up on the list. I hope it will last a long time! I get compliments on it too.

We ended up ordering one that broke a few weeks after we got it. Refunded and got a second which broke a couple of weeks later. Good luck getting ahold of the manufacturer. At least Amazon is always awesome to work with

This is my second review. Although it’s beautiful and the instructions say to wear it least 8 hours a day, Ive found that 8 hours is not enough. So check your watch against another clock. You may be running late
