Bought the silver one and crossed my fingers! It was so cute! I added on my own new extender before presenting it as a gift for my daughters doctor. Her doctor was thrilled! She put it right on. The heart side of the chain was attached to the stethoscope loop so it can’t fall out as some early reviews had mentioned. Not sure how it wears though but i was happy to give it as a gift.

This necklace is as cute as they come! I do wish it came in a simple necklace box for gift giving. It comes in a cardboard sleeve that says “I love you” in big letters so I can see this being awkward to just gift to anyone. It’s worth getting your own gift box though. Super cute, great price.

We bought two of these. One was OK but the other was messed up. Looked like it had been stepped on. The rings that the chain connected to were crushed and the chain detached. I fixed it with needle nose pliers and magnifying glasses. But just a matter of time before the other falls apart as well. These were just in packages so I can't imagine them staying together in normal use. If you are thinking of buying this make sure you have some fine needle nose pliers and good eyesight.
