Just about everyone that asked me about this necklace had to be told what it was supposed to be. None of them could recognize it as a stethoscope. I love that it's a stethoscope with a little heart but even my nurse friends and doctors could not tell that's what it meant to be. It's still cute it just needs to be bigger.

This is a cute little necklace to add to a CNA/Nurse's stocking this year. The item arrived quickly in a lightly padded envelope. Inside the envelope was a small cardboard box labeled "fine jewelry" containing the following items: necklace in baggie, polishing cloth in baggie, foam jewelry insert. No paperwork was included. The pendant is about an inch long. The gem was recessed into the opening of the casing and I wish it was thicker to fill up the space better. The Amazon item description for the gem is "round cut fine birthstones", it is unclear to me what exactly that means in terms of material. The chain is adequate but more like one you would see on a little girl's necklace. When put into the foam insert, It displays nicely in the box for gifting although you can see the cut outs for other items as noted in the photo. While I would not consider this "fine jewelry" due to the gem and chain it will make a sweet present topper or stocking stuffer for a CNA/Nurse.
