This feels so strong and heavy, needed a chain that could take some beating. Use to have a dainty chain that broke in three different places.I now understand what they mean when this is solid and not hollow. So sparkly with the diamond cut too. The 16 inch chain works as a choker for a 5ft 100lb lady.I weighed my 16 inch 3mm gold chain I got as 11g on the scale and I paid about $800 with tax included.I also got it the next day, fast shipping, ordered Monday and came Tuesday by 10am, they originally said Wednesday.I also feel this is very fairly priced and probably better than what you'd get from a jeweler.Buy here for jewelry!

Love the chain! I can't wear hollow, as taking off my shirt is all it takes to break em. This is solid and has lived up to my abuse for ten months now. I do everything in it. Jog, go to the gym, travel the country. Everything. Super sturdy and looks great. Hasn't lost any of it's original shine. Would buy again

I wanted a chain for everyday use. I chose a 3mm rope. I have a 6mm already but for me its too big for everyday use. I looked everywhere, and chose Nuragold. You will not be dissapointed in the quality and shine ! I took it to work and weighed it. It was within the specs they listed. Ive worn it a few months now. Very happy with it, and get many compliments. I had originally got one from Macys. Although it was hollow so I sent it back. If you are looking for a nice product that will last buy from Nuragold !

I received this today in the 30 inch length. The weight of the piece is substantial for a chain. You can tell that this rope is solid, not hollow like so many rope chains you see in the mall jewelry stores. The diamond cutting is exquisite - it adds sparkle and dimension to the piece. What many don’t know is that it is not possible to truly diamond cut a hollow rope chain - it doesn’t work. I ordered this chain to hold a 1 ounce gold coin, and I know that I will have nothing to worry about in terms of this chain and is strength.

Not a jeweler or any kind of an expert other than owning several other gole chains. Item came as described, measured the 16" as listed, weight fell in the average as I read on other reviews. Never purchased my other chains based on anything other than was it marked 14-18k and I liked the way they looked. So.....I'm happy with my purchase and I would consider making an other purchase from this company.....as long as gold stays relatively affordable.....

I was skeptical at first ordering online, however, this company delivers. It was overnighted to me and a UPS delivery guy had me sign for it. Immediately I noticed the heavy weight of the chain. The chain was neatly packaged in a gift box as well. It is stamped “AVID 14K”. I took it to a jewelry shop to have it weighed and it turns out to be 16.5 grams which is almost spot on to the guaranteed 16.6 g (+/- 5%)! He asked me what I payed and said I got an amazing deal. I’m assuming the “AVID” is the manufacturer and probably varies per item, however, it was indeed stamped “14K”. Would buy again!

I originally went to Kay jewelers and purchased a 20" 3mm hollow gold rope chain necklace for $720 out the door. It weighed 3.7 grams. When i got home i started to realize how cheap the hollow chain felt and how much i paid for it. So i searched on Amazon and read some reviews on NuraGold. Figured i would take a chance and buy a 20" 3mm SOLID gold rope chain necklace, since it was only $200 more!. This chain looks just as good if not better than Kays and it weighs 13.8 grams! The clasp feels a bit stronger as well. Doesnt make sense to pay for the brick and mortar name when you can get just as good of a product for less than half the price. This necklace would have cost almost $1400 at Kays. Glad i made the purchase, now to go return the necklace that feels like cheap costume jewelry lol
