At first when I saw it I thought it was very dainty and nice but it broke after 1-2 weeks it got caught up with my other necklace which I’ve had for a longer time and it’s thicker and just snapped. Its just a waste

I bought a 20" and 22" chain, the 20" broke within a couple of weeks. Never wore the 22" because I was afraid it would break as well. They agreed to take these back but charged a 36.00 restocking fee for the 22". Not sure I saw that anywhere on the purchase slip. We should not be charged for poor merchandise. The necklace broke right at the clasp.

i received a defective item. I had to pay 14.49 to return this item back. why should the customer have to pay to return a defective item. This caused me too much hassle. I don't think this is a good business move. If you have so much confidence in the items you sell, why do the customer have to pay to send it back to you. I will never ever buy from this company again

Unfortunately I'm giving this a two star because it didn't take long for the chain to snap on a shirt button of mine, it was very light weight, and it had some flaws but its already broken. It's too late:/
