This bracelet has broken three times. I was able to fix the first couple of times, but the third required that I take it to a jeweler and had it solder. The jeweler was not able to fix it because they said it couldn't be solder since it was hollow. After contacting this merchant, they advised that they had never heard of the product being unable to be solder so I wonder how many other customers had the same problem. They only guarantee their product for 30 days. Not enough time to see a problem. And, their only solution was to return to them, at my own cost to send and return, and complementally fix it. The least they could do, is pay for shipping instead of the customer doing so. Will not use them again.
