The pendant and chain are decent quality, but I didn't like how the 12 had no separation.Wanted to return it but Amazon says it's not eligible for returns bc it's considered customized, even though it's just the number. So I contacted Elite directly and they do offer returns (and have more discounts avail) so I suggest going through them directly if you think you might have to return it.
