I am absolutely blown away by this company and their customer service!!! I had a question after I placed my order, sent my question through Amazon and they got back to me right away. When the bracelets arrived they were a week early from the estimated date.Now about the bracelet. I read through the reviews before purchasing and saw many complaining about the quality. I have to totally disagree. The quality is excellent. I have been wearing mine since I got it and the knots are tight and holding. I've adjusted it many times with no problems.Also the personalized engraving is flawless!!! Perfectly centered. Made exactly as I ordered it.I haven't had any trouble with the metal scratching. But seriously, you are paying under $40 for a beautifully done, handmade personalized braided bracelet that you wear around your wrist and it is subject to normal wear abuse you can't expect it to hold up like a scratchless sapphire crystal watch face would.I am 100% happy with my purchase and you should feel confident ordering. It's such a fun way to connect with loved ones.Thank you for the beautiful bracelets!

I got this for my boyfriend and I for our first vacation together..now we’re three years down and have never taken these bracelets off. I am just now having to buy another set due to his tearing from his work but that is okay since they lasted 3 years. 😊

Not worth the buy! I got them for my boyfriend and I and they broke and untied after a month or so from having them. They are not worth your money! I purchased 2 different ones from 2 sellers and they both broke! Save your money and get something else

Very pretty. Knots came untied before getting to ware on one and kept coming untied. Company offered to replace with deepest apologies but I could not wait for replacement.

I feel in love with these bracelets, especially the color! My boyfriend and I really enjoy wearing them. If you could add little symbols by the names like hand hearts or just hearts in general that would be adorable!!!

Got it for an anniversary gift he liked it as well. The only thing about it is that I have a very thin wrist, and the bracelet fits me loose even thou it’s at the smallest but it’s a problem tht I always have but good quality
