I still love thses but I thought they would be a bit bigger, I have larger nipples (tmi) and have been looking for shields that will fit comfortably. These fit but I had some discomfort so I took them out. If large nipples is a problem for you I recommend putting them on for short periods of time (i.e a party, or vacation etc) the discomfort is bearable for a few days but for me not past that time. Hope this helps
