I wanted to love this product because I'm very much a snake lover and I collect snake body jewelry. When I saw these I knew that I had to have them as they were some of the best looking ones that I have seen yet. However, when they came I was very disappointed. I put on the first one, no problem. It tightened fine and fit nicely. But then I tried to put the other one in. The other one had the same size barbell but both ends, the snake head and the snake tail, that screw into the barbell, we're way too large for that barbell. Not only did they not tighten and simply have a loose fit, but they didn't close at all and we'll just keep spinning around and around and around loosely until you take your hand off of it and then it falls onto the ground. On both the head and the tail and pieces that are holding it together. Perhaps if it was a different size barbell, they may have closed. But I bought the set of two and they seem to be identical except that the one had absolutely no way to close or tighten. Unless you were to super glue the ends on, there's no way they would stay. And I don't mean stay for a few minutes and then get loose and fall out. I mean they don't even close. You can tighten and tighten and tighten and tighten and it's still still spins around loosely, not gripping the barbell at all and no matter how many times it's spun it does not tighten at all and as soon as you take your hand off of it, it will fall to the floor. I order a lot of body jewelry. A lot. I especially look for body jewelry that is snake and these were honestly the best looking ones that I had seen. I had really looked forward to receiving them. I've ordered many times and never been disappointed. Now I am reading that if someone tries them on, you cannot give a refund. I find that to be bad business practice. Of course ideally, you don't want people trying on body jewelry and then sending it back. However, when you send jewelry that is clearly the wrong size beads for the gauge of the barbell and the beads are so huge that they don't tighten in the lease but just spin around until you take your hand off of them and fall to the ground, I feel that this isn't just returning jewelry that I didn't care for. The kicker is, I love these and I care for them very much. But only one of them works. The other one won't close no matter what you do to it. It'll just spin and spin and spend and then fall off. So well I did try it on because I was quite obviously intending to keep them as I love them, what's the person supposed to do when you've sent a product that is defective that simply won't close? What if I ordered a necklace and the class was broken? What if I ordered something that looked fine in the box but when attempting to put it on, find that there is no way that it will tighten and stay on and that it does not at all fit the gauge of the barbell that it is supposed to hold together. There's no possible way I could have foreseen that before trying it on. I couldn't have it on for more than a moment because despite my valiant efforts, it wouldn't tighten in the least. Neither end of it. It's almost as if the ends of one of these barbells was supposed to be on a different barbell that was thicker and then probably would have closed. But for the size gauge the barbell that they came with, one pair absolutely does not fit. and when I say doesn't fit, I don't mean just fits lightly. I mean it doesn't fit at all and falls right out. You can't even make the snakes have both of the display sides showing because all they do is spin and spin and spin. There's simply no way to tighten them and as such there is no way that you could wear it. So I'm upset when I'm reading that you don't do returns for products if they were tried on when I can send them back to you and you can plainly see that there is no possible way that this barbell could stay in someone's body. As soon as someone were to take their hand off of it, both end pieces just fall right off with no option to tighten them any further no matter how many times you turn them. And the other barbell? Titans perfectly and fits great and is exactly the look I wanted. But I want my two nipple rings to match. So as much as I like the one, it would look silly on its own. And for the other barbell, the end pieces don't fit and don't close and as such is not wearable. If you truly don't take something back because someone tried it on, although I don't know how else I would have found out that it didn't close if I didn't try it on, and you practice a shady business habit of sending a shoddy product that doesn't work when I only put it in for about a minute and was forced to take it out because it didn't close at all, we need to discuss another option. If you won't take these back, I would still like to send them to you so you can see the issue. It's a major issue. It makes them unwearable. If you cannot send a replacement pair that actually works, because I trusted in your product and tried it on only to be shocked that one fit and one didn't, at least offer a heavy discount on a different pair. A pair that actually works. I feel like I took $10 and through it in the trash for a pair of unwearable barbells that I had really looked forward to receiving. And these are the pair I really want it. I have several nipple rings that are snake themed and while I like them all, these ones were the best looking ones that I have seen to date and I was very excited about them. When the one wouldn't go in or close I was very disappointed and immediately took the other one out because it would look foolish to just wear one or to wear a second one that didn't match the first one. So yes, they were in for a couple of minutes. The first one which tightened fine and I admired and was pleased with this purchase, immediately followed by the broken one that would not close or tighten and simply spin around wildly before falling out. If you don't issue refunds or returns on this, especially when I'm willing to send the product back to you so you can see exactly what I'm talking about, am I expected to just take it and stride and say okay, that was a waste of $10. And not end up with any jewelry? I have to say I'm baffled at your return policy. Of course if it was a question of me putting them in and just deciding I didn't like the look of them aesthetically, that would be my problem. But I love them and would love to wear them except one of them is obviously having the beads too large to tighten at all on the bar which is too thin for the holes in the head and tail part of the snake. Therefore, there is no way to wear them. Please advise how we can go forward with this. I will be sending them back to you tomorrow because even if you decide to go to the shady route and receive them in the mail and see with your own eyes that one of the bars is clearly broken and that the end pieces are sized for a thicker gauge barbell, yet still say that you don't offer a refund or a replacement and act as if it were my fault, we are going to have some issues. It's false advertising to act as if both are the same in a set. One is obviously a different size than the other or at least the end beads are. This isn't something I could have discerned from looking at the photograph of them and it wasn't until I was even opening up the one to put it in that I realized that the head and tail weren't screwed on but just kind of resting on the barbell. But I put it in and figured I would just have to turn them to tighten them as you do with any other jewelry. And then much to my dismay, you could turn them a million times and they wouldn't get any tighter or even tight enough where they wouldn't just fall right off. You have a long few paragraphs about how you don't take returns on jewelry if it was tried on but if you are presented with jewelry sent back to you that clearly does not fit together or close, and you see that there is no possible way to get it closed, and then you still say no returns or refunds or anything, that's extremely poor business on your part. I have loved your products in the past and would very much like to continue loving them but this was very disappointing to me and I now have both barbells in the gold box that you sent them in because they are unwearable. Please let me know how we can resolve this.Nicole Belmonte

Great piece of jewelry and I got a lot of "wows" and "sexy" but less than a year they turned a copper color. Non irritant and still look. The copper look was not I what wanted. I have moved on

They came in 4 days early, and they look super good. the only problem is the bar seems to be bigger than a standard 14g, so it was a bit difficult to put in. Otherwise, they look great and I'm happy with them
