UPDATE....customer service reached out to me and sent me a new ring. Ring is beautiful, and highly quality. Most people think it’s real. The ring runs true to size.I bought this ring and it was too big. So I returned it and purchased a smaller size. The first ring I received was packed well, had a sticker on it with the size and wrapped in bag. The second ring I ordered just came in a box. No sticker with size and not wrapped. I’ve had this ring for two days and I already lost a diamond.
