Just received this a few days ago quality is quite good. And it's extremely comfortable to wear. The loop on the front for leash and tag is quite large and has a lock on it for when it is swung outward and inward allowing it to stay in place. Overall great product especially for the price.

I like the feel of the neoprene and it is stitched fairly well however the buckle is too large and cheap in feel.
