Con: About the size of a quarter. Had to use a bit of superglue on the end of the letter to keep it from moving & sounding like dogtags. Back thin enough to show tint depending on fabric or skin color underneath. Pros: Beautiful peice. Meaningful to me & wear it every day. People comment on it almost daily. Been over a month and hasnt dulled at all.

Looks and appears fake and gaudy. It’s okay but not what I expected. Much larger and less delicate than expected as well. 4 times the size of what I expected.

This looks just like shown on Amazon, including our daughter's initial, J. The pendant and chain should be tarnish-free. Even though they are silver, they are plated with white gold. The opal is unusual, as it almost looks like it is crushed and compressed stone. It is so delicate you can see through, although that doesn't show well in my photo.The eighteen inch chain is a good size for most people, so that is another point in its favor. The clasp is simple, but closes well and stays closed. It can be quite easily opened and closed without assistance.The necklace comes in a pretty, but simple paper box. It is okay for gifting, but you might want to come up with something classier if you are out to impress the gift recipient.

It's not a real opal, it's resin or plastic. At least "try" to tell the truth. This is extremely overpriced for what you receive.

It looks great, the only issue is the fact that the letter hangs loose and jingles. It seriously sounds like a bell on a dog collar it makes so much noise. Wound up ripping the letter off so it was wearable.
