I bought this as a gift for my mom. She has worn it for about a month as a bracelet by wrapping it around her wrist several times. She has small, shallow slices on her wrist from the sharp edges on the machined (magnetic) clasp which is the centerpiece of the necklace. Her cuts are similar to papercuts, but a lot of them. With quite a bit of blood for such tiny cuts. Mom didn’t realize where her cuts were originating from until she recently cut her finger on the metal. It’s too late for me to return this item despite it causing injuries. DO NOT BUY THIS NECKLACE. It should be recalled as it is not safe as is. The manufacturer could easily make it safer by smoothing out the sharp edges but chose not to for some reason.
