The chain was tangled when I recieved my necklace, but there's a simple way to straighten it out. Don't pull on the ends. Simply lay the chain flat on a table and use a finger of both hands to gently pull parts of the chain outward from the center of the tangle. As the tangle loosens you will see by how the chain lies on the table where next to tease the knots apart.It's a beautiful necklace with a delicate look. The chain on mine looked exactly like the vendor photo and it complements the pendant well. It's not too thin but still with fine detail. My white moonstone also looks just like the vendor photos. The natural uneven outline clearly marks it as a natural stone. The tiny gold cross stands out well against the stone. I highly recommend this dainty crystal stone necklace.

Dainty and very lovely necklace. Little gold cross glued onto the stone; chain is very pretty with it's twist design. The clasp works well/easily, as it should. The gold of the chain isn't a clean/high quality gold, it has a bit of brassiness to it, as if it needs cleaned. Overall, it is likely to become one of my favorites as it just looks good and I enjoy wearing a cross.

I really do like it. The blue color is very pretty against the gold cross. I took off a couple starts though because when I got it the necklace was in a big tangled knot! I didn't think I was every going to get it out. It took me at least 20 to 25 minutes working on it. Once I did it was very nice but it had to be that way when they mailed it. I don't think it just got that way while in the mail.

This is a very pretty and delicate cross necklace. I really like the purple quartz, it makes this necklace unique. The chain is also pretty, with it's twisted pattern. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the gold of the chain is brassy looking. In spite of that, I still really like this necklace.

This is a really lovely piece for my 14yo daughter. Her favorite colors are white, pink, and gold. I picked the moonstone for her, because I thought it would fall in between the white and pink, and it did. It's got a cool juxtaposition between the natural stone and the gold metal. It's a good size to wear everyday.

This necklace was really nice for my daughter. The charm on it is pretty small although very nice. The chain seems to hold up and is not to long.

This is a subtle, yet elegant stone cross. I really love how it looks. Just take note, the chain in the first picture is not what comes with the set. It is a really pretty necklace and would make a wonderful gift because it comes with a nice pouch.
