I had a slight issue with the first necklace I received. The company and their representative was EXTREMELY helpful and returning the necklace and solving the problem. In the end, my wife received a beautiful sapphire necklace that matches her wedding ring. Reading the prior reviews, it would probably help if a) someone ordering the jewelry understands the size of a carat and b) take a few minutes to shop for similar designs to see what they cost. After going in person to five or more jewelry stores, I couldn't find a comparable necklace pendant for less than $3000. This necklace pendant is a great value. I'll be switching to a nicer necklace, but that is more a decision based on my wife's preference.

Size in adds misleading; should give dimensions of sapphire and carat wt of sapphire: none included in add. Necklace clasp came apart (I.e. broke) while first time trying to open it; cheap construction!Scrapped cheap silver necklace and bought a white gold necklace locally. The good news is our local jeweler verified the quality of the sapphire and the small diamonds as top quality.

I received this--the .63 version-- as an Christmas gift. Unfortunately, by the time I received the gift, the return window had closed. I'm sad that my family overpaid for something I don't like and will wear occasionally, only to avoid making them feel bad.
