In my opinion this product is flimsy and cheap. Priced at $129.00 it feels like only a few dollars of materials. The clasp kept un-hinging and it fell off my wrist multiple times. It's loose and flimsy at the connecting point and the band is cheap.I received a return address from the company. It has to be mailed to India and it cost $40 to ship to India USPS. Then it was returned to me from the Post office stating they need an address in English. This is currently where I'm at with this since it was returned in yesterday's mail. Unusually bad for Amazon.The company told me to just keep the bracelet, but I'm still out $40 for shipping for a product I tried to return and initially paid no shipping charges to get it because I'm Amazon Prime. This is not over.
