The stone is supposed to be Amethyst and it appears to be glass, it refracts light; stones don't do that. The bracelet is an elegant design and the painted silver looks very nice. If you don't care if it is really a gem stone, its a nice piece.

Excited about this bracelet. It’s the stone of my son’s birthday! Then I notice a crack where the silver meets, this means a lot to me, the bracelet represents my son’s passing! I would not recommend this at all. No wonder it was so cheap! Don’t buy. Didn’t notice the crack until it was past due on the date, don’t order!

The bracelet is beautiful, stones very nice and sparkly. it looks clunky in the pictures but it is actually not.One month later a stone fell out. It will have to go to a jeweler to be repaired. Very disappointing. I revised my rating from a five to a three.
