Color: Labradorite2nd Pendant: Dragon Blood StoneI'm doing this one as a sort of double review since I ended up with two pendants ordered at different times and I can only get a review screen for 1 of them.First off, these are really nice stones. I was impressed. Both the labradorite and the dragon blood stone have been carved into hearts and polished until absolutely smooth on the surfaces (with the exception of a couple of small flaws in the labradorite on the edge of one side-- it doesn't detract from the beauty of the stone, and also shows that it IS a real stone and not a faked up resin or plastic molded heart).Secondly, I should also mention that these are NOT small hearts. From the top to bottom edges, both my hearts measure just slightly over 1.18 inches stated on the product page. The labradorite one is closer to 1.20 inches, actually. The hearts are reminiscent of the "puffy hearts" that were a big fad a number of years ago, with the center of the heart being thicker than the outer edges-- it's not a flat heart. The only, very slight, downside to these pendants is that the stones feel a bit heavy when worn if you aren't used to wearing this type of pendant. It takes a little getting used to.Third, the black woven string cord is soft and comfortable to wear, adjustable, and is understated enough that the pendant's stone remains the focal point of the piece. The cords seem to be quite sturdy and should hold up to quite a bit of repeated use.Fourth, the very reasonably cost and the beauty of the stones make these very giftable.I honestly didn't find ANYTHING not to like about either pendant I received. I plan to order a couple of other types if I can just make up my mind which stones to order next!As always, my opinion only, and other persons may have different opinions.

This necklace is really cute. I’ve always loved chunky natural stone pieces like this. It’s a great one for casual dress. The cords is attractive too, it’s woven pattern adds to the looks. It appears well-made and the cord is quite sturdy so I think the price is good for what you get.The maker needs to improve the finishing of the cord ends , though. They are so scratchy, I had to take it off after a little while. It felt like I was being poked by sharp plastic.Examining the tied ends, they all look very neat. However, the very ends are hard and rough to the touch. I can’t decide if they used some sort of glue to keep the ends from raveling or if they melted the ends for the same purpose. I am leaning toward the idea that they melted the ends. While they look very neat and the roughness is not visible, it is intolerable on my skin. I love the look of the cord so I’m hesitant to replace it. I’m going to try to shave off just the very end to see if the helps. I’d rather have a little fraying than the irritation. But they have left very little at the end, which is great for appearance and finishing, so I may end up cutting and retying the cord.I still like the necklace, even with that minor problem, so I’m happy to recommend it.
