I have bought various sizes of these over the last several years to display earrings at my fundraising shows. They have held up well and display all kinds of earrings to their best advantage. Because they're weighted at the bottom, they usually stand well on their own, even with a large pair of earrings. I'm always happy with them and will continue to use the beige linen which has never appeared to show use or dirt if handled properly. I store each pair of earrings on a stand and slip them into their own individual plastic sleeve to further protect---an investment that allows me to lay them on their sides and store multiple stacks without any damage.

These earring stands are perfect for my long dangle earrings. The earrings shown are 5" long and still don't touch the bottom. Classic black velvet will showcase any pair beautifully. My only complaint is the pre-drilled holes are difficult to find. I suggest taking a straight pin, move it around where the posts are shown in the photo. Once you locate the hole, poke the straight pin through. Do this before posting earrings just to make sure the hole goes clean through to the back.
