Very pretty, but the hooks made my ears sore within an hour of wearing. I might try to find hypoallergenic hooks to change out for the ones that came with the earrings. I wrote an email to Novica and they said they strongly encourage their artisans to use nickle-free hooks, but they don't guarantee it.

I had my eye on these Equilibrium tri-color hammered metal earrings for quite a while before finally taking the plunge and sending for them. They are every bit as beautiful and interesting as they seemed to be and more so, in person. The different colors and shapes add interest as they dance about, gently swaying as I walk. They are the perfect size and weight for me. I get headaches if I wear too heavy of an earring AND I dislike the pulled down earlobe look. These are very lightweight and don't do that.These come in a very nice, traditional Novica handcrafted gift bag that they supply with each beautifully handcrafted treasure. I am happy to support the artist through Novica's program. The little note card that is included with the earrings is fun and interesting to read and to include if you are purchasing your Novica item as a gift. I AM going to try to find a different storage means for my earrings, as these do tend to get jangled up if they are laid down and not hung. Hanging them would take care of this problem. I'm very happy with these fun and interesting tri-colored metal earrings from Novica!

These are as beautiful as they are in the picture. I got these as I loved the different colors used. I have a ring that is silver with a gold band and wanted to match earrings to it. These are perfect. They are a good weight without being uncomfortable. The size is perfect and has an understated elegance to them. You can definitely dress these up and down. They earrings came in a small material pouch and each earring came in it's own little plastic bag so they wouldn't get damaged in shipping. I got these for a discount for an honest review. These are well worth the full price.
