I am Giuliana Valz Gen Rivera. If my friends and close family had to describe me, I'm more than sure they'd say that I am a staunch and fair woman, a woman impatient with what I hope to achieve both personally and professionally. Since I was a child, I've been very curious. I always noticed jewelry for its brightness and elegance. When I reached adolescence, I loved making special gifts and I wanted to make them myself. I knew that I had the ability to develop more artistic skills. But everything comes when it has to come, and it happens in a very organic and natural way. That is how I was initially trained in business administration. That was the foundation that helped me to become a businesswoman and to be able to perform at what I most wanted.

My designs speak of tradition yet are modern, and they feature the harmony between metal, pearls and gemstones. I'd like to show the world the hand-crafted filigree styles developed in Peru over the centuries. I have researched the theme at length and my findings have led me to experiment with many great materials'.

I received this as a gift and it is absolutely beautiful. The filigree is beautifully detailed in every way. It is delicate to the eye yet the actual locket appears to be durable. The chain that came with the locket was average in quality. I will most likely purchase a separate prettier, longer chain to wear lower against a sweater. The locket size is generous and will nicely hold 2 pictures or keepsakes. The craftsmanship was exceptional. This will become a family treasure.
