My mother has been my greatest source of inspiration in my entire life. She has been there for me during good and bad times. She would always teach me the principles of life, manners, and everything one needs to lead a happy and successful life. Indian women are renowned for being always graceful, helpful, and patient and these qualities I believe I have inherited from my mother. I'm just a homemaker and never did I ever imagine I would be designing jewelry. I have lived most of my life devoting my time to my family and now my husband.

This beautiful necklace was a pleasant surprise. The stones are much larger than they appear, there is a lot of lapis and silver on display and the lapis really is lapis and not a similarly colored cheaper stone. This is the real deal and the stones are very high quality with gorgeous gold flares in them. The value for money is shocking. If you gifted this piece the recipient would think you spent $500 on it.The hasp and clasp are tightly stitched on the last beads. I thought it was damaged at first because the hasp was tilted at a strange angle and moved easily when I straightened it. This made me think the metal was fatigued and I requested a replacement. They started the replacement order right away, but then I was showing it off to a friend with better eyes than me and she pointed out it was not damaged.I canceled the replacement in time. I didn't want to send it back because the stones are so pretty, maybe I wouldn't like the replacement as much!
