It took a long time to get delivered but got here in time for Christmas. The charm is small (normal Pandora charm size) but the picture was super small and they cut off the paws of the cat picture I submitted. Clarity was good but you have to look really hard to make out the picture. Daughter loved it tho!

It is perfect it has a nice weight too it not flimsy, the image has a nice thick clear coat over it and the image is so clear!! I was so happy to put it on my charm bracelet.
