The boards didn't slide in very well, it was either too tight or too loose and it was too easy for customers to make it collapse.

Honestly… you get what you pay for. When I opened the package I saw that one of the shelves was askew and so I assumed it broke off and I could reattach it. Nope. It is GLUED on like that. Someone looked at this and thought, “Yup. That’s level” or maybe just, “I don’t care.” I’m going to see if I can use a hair dryer to loosen the glue and reattach it properly because I don’t have time for anything else but otherwise I would definitely be asking for a refund. Also a different shelf is slightly breaking away (see photo) but that’s more like the quality issues I would have expected with something this price.
