I own both versions, I like them both. True the watch runs down it's battery and its a pain to replace, but that's life.I think between the two I prefer the full version but to each their own. YMMVI have purchased other products from Straightline such as the rattlesnake inlays and recommend Straightline highly.For the haters: There is another option: Boegli makes a true wind up chiming pocket watch that plays a bit of the "For a few dollars more" tune, but only 99 of them. Good luck finding one and good luck being able to afford it if you do. I own one. It does not resemble the movie watch nor play as loudly as the Straightline watch.

Arrived early, and well packaged.Looks exactly like the watch on the movie, maybe a bit shinier. Wish it was just a bit louder, but if you cup your hand under it, it intensifies the sound pretty well.Overall happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  Since I watched the movie first I fell in love with this watch - and finally it's mine! The music is a little poor, but sounds original. Very nice!
