Very sturdy and strong. Fell roller skating and my finger swelled and couldn’t get off. Tried cutting it off at home with tools and it barley scratched it. Took a while for the hospital to get it off. The ring really held on. It was even really hard to pry open to get my finger out. Over all I really loved the ring. I will be ordering another when the swelling goes down.
